Having partnered with Teemill, You Are Not Invisible After 50 cannot be held responsible for the following but not limited to: delivery delays, quality issues, production quality, shipping time frames, return processing, refund processing, and payment issues. All of the above and more are Teemill’s responsibility. We ask that you abide by the terms and conditions that follow, along with any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Site from time-to-time. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement with the Conditions that follow, and we reserve the right to revise these Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will apply them here. You agree to check this section periodically to be aware of any changes and your continued use of the Site shall be considered your agreement to any modified Conditions. If you do not agree to these Conditions, please do not use the Site, our Teemill page, or purchase any and all merchandise that may be advertised.

5.1. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, not many you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction utilising any and all merchandise advertised under the You Are Not Invisible After 50 brand.

You Are Not Invisible After 50 are not held responsible for delivery issues. Any and all complaints regarding delivery may be directed to Teemill.

5.3. Returns/Refunds Policy

The Returns/Refunds Policy are on the terms set out in Teemill’s return policy which is incorporated into these Conditions (https://mag.teemill.com/help/how-do-i-return-my-order/ )

As custom items, we or Teemill cannot accept returns of products, sample orders, or any products that have been washed or worn, unless they are defective.

5.4 Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us or Teemill. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change or to cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our Teemill store.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

The works, including but not limited to quotes, slogans, images, and art, on the sellable items advertised on the You Are Not Invisible After 50’s Teemill store is the property of You Are Not Invisible After 50 and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of You Are Not Invisible After 50 are trademarks or registered trademarks of You Are Not Invisible After 50, or of their respective owners.

As we partner with third-party supplier, Teemill, we may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor not have any control nor input.
